We are STILLNES, Thrash Metal made in Spain. Since year 2004 we have been looking to make a classic powerful thrash metal mixed with our own personalities and Spanish lyrics. Energy and stage presence: these are our two masterkeys when it comes to shows, trying to make the audience feel it and be a part of our music. That's our philosophy, in live shows the main thing is to prove what you are capable of, along with making the public have a good time and enjoy the show. Every gig is a challenge no matter how big. It’s a way to show your best to those who are attending and also our desire of self-improvement after each show is finished.

We have played with a large list of well-known bands such as our Spanish fellows Angelus Apatrida, Koma, Vita Imana, Crisix, Agression and international thrashers Destruction, Onslaught and Ultra-violence.
