ATP
How would you describe your sound. What makes you unique?
RE-ARMED
Modern death metal band. Spiced up with thrashy riffs, melodies and grind influences. You can also hear some old school stuff in our riffs. And we have nothing to do with metalcore or deathcore sounding bands!

ATP
What bands have influenced each of you?
RE-ARMED
Personally I'm huge fan of Carcass, Edge of Sanity, At the Gates, Entombed, Napalm Death.. So, I'm sure you can hear something from these bands in my growls and screams. But that's not the only genre I'm in, I'm also huge fan of garage rock and punk stuff. Such a names like, Hellacopters, AcDc, No Shame, etc. In band we have fans of: Meshuggah, Soilwork, The Black Dahlia Murder, etc..

ATP
How experienced are you on the stage, a virgin or whore?
RE-ARMED
Gotta say I'm whore, heheheh. I've done something like 150 shows now and in 15 different countries. Traveled by Nightliners, Vans and Motorhomes around Europe, Baltic, United Kingdom and Scandinavia. Seen big venues, small and strange ones. Tommi has seen same roads and places with me. Newer guys are not that virgin also, but they have mostly played in Finland before joining in.

ATP
How would you describe your shows?
RE-ARMED
We are definitely live band. We do use wireless systems on the stage and it means for us that we have no limits and the stage is not the only place where we should be while we are playing a gig. I've been singing on the bar desk and jumped from the stage several times, etc. We do these things also in festival shows. For example, once our old guitarist ran to audience during the show in United Kingdom's Bloodstock Open Air, and he joined to circle pit, heheh..

ATP
Tell us about your favorite show and why?
RE-ARMED
My personal fave one is from London's Undwerworld with Cryptopsy, Decrepith Birth and Cattle Decapitation, we did get more minutes to play cuz headliners were running late from the Irish ferry and we needed to practise one song more with our bass player in the backstage to get few minutes more to our setlist, hehe. We gave 110% and audience really loved it, we sold lots of merchandises and cds after the show and so on.. Another good show is from UK also, from small and strange city called, Bridlington.. Many good memories from all around!

ATP
Tell us about your worst show and why?
RE-ARMED
Hmmmm, I guess this one comes from earlier days.. But, noup! Hahahah, this is actually funny story (after all) from United Kingdom's mini tour (same tour were we played with Cryptopsy, Cattle Decapitation and Decrepith Birth). We did have first show in Cardiff for for the tour and we ate earlier breakfast in local restaurant, everything went well, until it was 15 minutes to our showtime and I started to vomit all the time. I ran back to our Motorhome and realized that there is two other guys from our band is a same position, so we quicly understood that this must be food poisoning. Joel decided that he can not play the show and I somehow got myself on the stage. So we played without bass player little bit shorter set than usually and I puked in the end of the set while guys played still our songs to old beer cardboard box and the guy who offered his helping hand and hold the box fo me was Decrepith Birth singer Mr. Bill. Thanks Bill!

ATP
Tell Us About Your Dream Show, who you'd like to play with and where?
RE-ARMED
I would like to play tour or few shows in Japan, and of course in USA. Would be cool to do that with Carcass for example.

ATP
Do you have a street team and how can you join?
RE-ARMED
The best way to support us is by Facebook. Like us there and spread the word to your friends. http://www.facebook.com/rearmed

ATP
Do you have a record label and if not are you looking for one?
RE-ARMED
We have license deal with German ETERNAL SOUND RECORDS. The owners are awesome friends and they are also sitting behind our management. At the moment we (band) are looking for license deals for just released 2nd album "Rottendam" to Japan, South America and North America. So if some label is interested just drop a line to our bands e-mail!

ATP
What are your plans for the future, in a year, 5 years?
RE-ARMED

ATP
Finally, do have any words on what Arm The Pit means to you?
