ATP
For the record, who's answering the interview?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
Adam Myers, current guitarist and ex-drummer for the band.

ATP
What is your band's name? How did you come up with that name?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
Chambers of Insanity. Back in '99, when we were kids, the name was decided by looking at several posters. One poster being a picture of Jonathan Davis, with the caption "...on the brink of insanity" and the other poster being Coal Chamber; Chambers of Insanity

ATP
So who's in the band and what instruments do you each play?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
Luke Cowan - vocals
Adam Myers - guitars
Steve Cigula - bass
David Slattery - drums

ATP
How would you describe your sound. What makes you unique?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
We're a mix between thrash, doom and groove. We've been told by many people that we don't sound like any other band. Our fans dubbed our style "Chambers Chunk".

ATP
What bands have influenced each of you?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
This is almost impossible to answer as we're all very eclectic. We draw influences from almost every genre of music out there. One thing is for certain, we all love Metallica and Pantera. But who doesn't?

ATP
How experienced are you on the stage, a virgin or whore?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
Definately not virgin. It depends on the amount of alcohol we consume beforehand! If we're drunk, we're super slutty whores on stage. It can also depend on each member's mood and how the audience is reacting.

ATP
How would you describe your shows?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
Loud. We always crack our shit up to 11. The drummer flogs his drums and the singer screams like Satan. We involve the crowd as much as possible, and love to make them laugh in between songs. I have a wireless system, so I'm always running and dancing around like an idiot.

ATP
Tell us about your favorite show and why?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
In 2012, one of our smaller shows at the Hamilton Station Hotel in Newcastle. We packed the small room out, all the bands were drunk, the punters were drunk... it was just one awesome night.

ATP
Tell us about your worst show and why?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
In 2006 back when I was on drums, an Australian open air festival called Metalstock. Shit sound and shit crowd. My double kick pedal kept breaking, the guitarist kept going out of tune... and just general shitness. Good weekend regardless though.

ATP
Tell Us About Your Dream Show, who you'd like to play with and where?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
I'd love to go on tour with Down in the US and Canada. I'm sure the other boys would agree.

ATP
Do you have a street team and how can you join?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
Buy a shirt and walk the street! Join us on Facebook and YouTube, tell your friends... it all helps.

ATP
Do you have a record label and if not are you looking for one?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
Currently unsigned. We're not actively looking, but if something comes along with good terms, we'll take it.

ATP
What are your plans for the future, in a year, 5 years?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
In the next year, we'll be looking to release our second full-length album. In 5 years, hopefully rolling around in dollars and touring the world haha.

ATP
Finally, do have any words on what Arm The Pit means to you?
CHAMBERS OF INSANITY
I think it's awesome. Helping unknown bands become more known. We need more people like you in the industry and we thank you.
