This portion is called the Friuli Collio (colli in Italian means hills). The ancient Romans arrived in Friuli in 283 bC when these territories were of Celtic peoples. Jonathan Vanderbilt, passionate about archeology, writing at the University of Udine, has combined his passion for the Celtic people with music and inspired by the area where he lives, he decided to call the band with the name of the territory by adding the adjective Celtic.
