What is your band's name? How did you come up with that name?
ANSCHLUSS AMOR
Our band is Anschluss Amor. Anschluss is German and means to become one or connected. Amor is Portuguese and or Spanish and it means love. So our name means to become one with God cause God is love.

So who's in the band and what instruments do you each play?
ANSCHLUSS AMOR
Adam, Me,, Vocals
Eric, Guitar, Drums, Keyboards

How would you describe your sound. What makes you unique?
ANSCHLUSS AMOR
It is an evolution of Industrial Metal. Instead of following everything that is already out there and just making a copy, we want to make our own direction.

What bands have influenced each of you?
ANSCHLUSS AMOR
Old Living Sacrifice, they where very bold about their faith and God and didn't compromise and they weren't afraid to be a Christian band like so many are today in Christian music.

How experienced are you on the stage, a virgin or whore?
ANSCHLUSS AMOR
Well I'm not a whore, but we have traveled quiet a few places, we have played shows in our home state, of Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, NY, and Oklahoma, and now reside in California, for the next phase.

How would you describe your shows?
ANSCHLUSS AMOR
Intense, full of emotion, raw.

Tell us about your favorite show and why?
ANSCHLUSS AMOR
Oklahoma, the kids actually moved and had a pit it was fun, plus we played with three other awesome bands, Far From Sanity, Blood of Lambs and Mark of Martyrs.

Tell us about your worst show and why?
ANSCHLUSS AMOR
None, every chance to play is an honor and awesome.

Tell Us About Your Dream Show, who you'd like to play with and where?
ANSCHLUSS AMOR
Anywhere over seas, the scene over there blows the American scene away, over there, they make up their own minds and don’t let the media influence what is good.

Do you have a street team and how can you join?
ANSCHLUSS AMOR
No we dont at the moment, but if people, want to spread the word of AA, go for it.
 
ATP
Do you have a record label and if not are you looking for one?
ANSCHLUSS AMOR
No we don't, depends, on what the offer is, a lot want you to do all the work and then, cash in on your band by doing distribution, but don’t offer tour support. In this day an age of the internet, you can do pretty much what they can, they just might have more connections, but with Facebook, Twitter and such you can make even the connections the labels have. DIY is fun, I get to meet all kinds of people and plus we have control of our music without anyone telling us to change or compromise anything.

What are your plans for the future, in a year, 5 years?
ANSCHLUSS AMOR
Finish our first record, Saints Go Moshing Hymns, Play shows, tour, make a name for ourselves, and above all else, spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

ANSCHLUSS AMOR
Its an honor an its awesome, and I hope more bands take advantage of this opportunity to get their name out there.
